New life for old Winter Garden citrus packing plant

Owner transforming 3.7 acres along Tildenville School Road into mixed-use development called the Old Packing House. Plans for main building include eateries, art galleries, community-oriented retailers, a florist and much more. Plans for the four outbuildings aren't finalized.
