Center City Daily Population in April

The average daily pedestrian traffic this April in Center City was 75% of the volume of April 2019, but was triple that from April 2020, when early pandemic lockdowns were in force. The number of non-resident workers and visitors remained below pre-pandemic levels, but new downtown development spurred the resident count to exceed the total from April 2019.
