High-speed rail viaduct finished

The California High-Speed Rail Authority announced that contractor Tutor-Perini / Zachry / Parsons completed construction of the Cedar Viaduct over Highway 99, Cedar and North avenues at the south end of Fresno on May 10, 2023.
