Sample democratic threat scores applied to a potential backsliding event

To estimate the types of democratic threat an action poses, we apply a zero-shot natural language inference model to the text on Trump Tyranny Tracker that describes major events. Here we apply it to a summary of an article about ICE and DOGE seeking access to Medicare data for the purpose of tracking immigrants.
