Notes: The following programs were excluded based on discipline limitations: The Arkansas ArFuture program, the Indiana Workforce Ready Grant, the Kentucky Work Ready Scholarship, the Minnesota MnSCU pilot program, and the Mississippi Works Scholarship Pilot Program. Programs in California and Montana are authorized but not yet implemented.
