Gujarat, Bihar and MP have the highest under-reported deaths due to Covid-19 

Kerala and Delhi have performed better in recording deaths due to Covid-19. The estimated death toll in both is 0.8 times more than what they recorded. Gujarat has the widest gap in actual Covid-19 deaths and the official deaths the state reported. The actual toll is 31 times more than the state record.
