Private-label CMBS now holds half of delinquent multifamily debt

Delinquent securitized multifamily debt by channel, $ billions. Total rose from $7.0B to $11.6B. Private-label CMBS is just 12% of the $636B outstanding balance but 50% of what is delinquent.
