For schools that managed to stay on the U.S. News ranking, the biggest drop was felt by North Carolina State which fell 35 spaces to a rank of 92nd after last year's more impressive 57th place showing. Of course, 11 schools disappeared off the list entirely, but six schools fell in double digits.
