Trigger-law states are defined as states which will automatically ban abortion (with some exceptions for rare circumstances) if Roe v. Wade is overturned. These states include: Arkansas, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming.
