Rate of salmonellosis in the region was lowest in 2020, with 7.6 cases per 100,000 residents. By 2023, this rate had climbed to 11.7 and has decreased to 9.3 per 100,000 residents in 2024. By county, the 2024 rate per 100,000 residents was 13.4 for Clackamas, 8.1 for Multnomah, and 8.0 for Washington County.
