Top donors in 2026 election cycle lean conservative

Eight of the top 15 donors in the 2026 federal election cycle made the vast majority of their contributions to Republican-aligned candidates and causes. Three — Marc Andreessen, Ben Horowitz and Greg & Anna Brockman — did not give more than 50% to either side.

Donors identified in red gave at least 90% of their contributions to GOP-aligned groups. Those in blue gave at least 90% to Democratic groups. Those in gray did not give more than 50% to either side.
