13 states are already poised to ban abortion post-Roe

Oklahoma, North Dakota, South Dakota, Tennessee, Kentucky, Utah, Texas, Arkansas, Missouri, Mississippi, Idaho, Louisiana and Wyoming have "trigger laws" to ban nearly all abortions that will either go into effect or move swiftly with state action if Roe v. Wade is overturned, as of May 3, 2022.
