After transfer rule, 70+ point blowouts skyrocket

The number of games won by at least 70 points per year.

A WVSSAC spokesperson said in an email that it does not have scores from previous years and directed Mountain State Spotlight to www.wvtailgatecentral.com which has scores going back to 2009. Data is not available for 2017. In several years, there were no 70+ point games.
