Run-down Khan properties require at least $2 million in renovations to be livable

Court-appointed analysts concluded that 28 rental properties owned by Mahmood Khan, mostly in north Minneapolis, were so run down, they would require $2.1 million in rehab costs to make them habitable for 5 years and $2.9 million for 15 years.
