Manhattan Residential Apartment Sales | March 1- 7, 2026

The Manhattan residential apartment market recorded 221 arm’s-length closings last week, including 20 high-end transactions above $3.9 million. The top two sales took place on Lower Manhattan’s Hudson River waterfront and included Annie Leibovitz’s penthouse at Hudson River Dioramas. The tenth-highest sale was Nicolas Cage’s purchase at Essex House.
