Estimating the actual cycle length from FFT spectrum (k=19)

Estimating the actual peak frequency of a discrete frequency component to a greater resolution by performing a weighted average of the frequencies around the detected peak ("k") in the spectrum.

Note 1: Using zero-padded FFT (N=1600, 800 data points + 800 zero points)
Note 2: estimated k = N * estimated Freq = 1600 * 0.007616
Note 3: estimated Cycle Length = N / estimated K = 1600 / 12.18491
Note 4: delta freq (per bin) = 1 / N = 1 / 1600
