Rondo land trust purchases empty St. Paul Sears building

A St. Paul community organization is taking over the long-vacant former Sears site across the street from the Minnesota State Capitol for about $10 million. President and CEO Mikeya Griffin said the land trust is planning a community engagement process to talk with local residents and other stakeholders about what’s next for the site.
