Microsoft will stop supporting IE Mode for Edge by 2029

End of service schedule for IE mode on Microsoft Edge by Windows version

* Microsoft Edge support on Window 7 ends on 15 January, 2023. IE mode support also ends at that time. The IE11 desktop application will continue to be supported as part of the Windows 7 ESU until the operating system's end of support date of 10 January, 2023.
