This table contains data on the reported number of incidents in the 2021-22 school year as published by DPI in 2023. During that year, 32% of schools had one or more incidents of seclusion and 44% of schools had one or more incidents of restraint. As noted by DPI, information is redacted (indicated by the *) for schools that have a student with disability population of less than five to prevent the disclosure of personally identifiable information. Some schools listed may not have offered in-person instruction for the whole year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
