Open and sheltered water temperature
In winter, harbor waters have a vertical mixing of the water column.
In summer, due to the heating of the surface layer of the sheltered waters, there is a stratification in two layers: the surface layer, warmer and more oxygenated, and the deep layer, colder and with a lower oxygen concentration.
