The chart consists of seven horizontal bars representing the OKI region and each member counties located along the Ohio and Licking rivers. Each bar is divided to denote the total number of bulk and liquid docks for each county. Butler and Warren counties are the only two OKI counties that do not touch either river and, therefore, do not appear in the chart.
