Self-identified farmers/ranchers with alpha-gal syndrome
Shaun Cross, a researcher at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, recently conducted a survey of farmers and ranchers with alpha-gal syndrome to see how it was impacting their lives and businesses. More than 200 farmers from 28 states responded.
