Where do criminal convictions explicitly prevent homeschooling?

Pennsylvania prohibits those convicted of certain violent crimes from homeschooling for five years since conviction, a standard similar to that applied to public and private school employees. Arkansas prohibits homeschooling in households where a sex offender lives. Some states have attempted to pass background check or other criminal record requirements for parents which have not passed (this list is not comprehensive).
