Survey shows dip in optimism among Houstonians
The Kinder Houston Area Survey has measured the attitudes and views of Houstonians for more than four decades. The most recent survey found that optimism about financial opportunities has declined. In the 2005 survey, more than 65 percent of Houstonians predicted they'd be better off financially in the next three years. This year, just over half of all respondents felt the same.
