No. I have been sure for at least the past three months that I would get a COVID-19 vaccine. (67.6%)

After being unsure about the vaccine, I decided within the past three months to get the vaccine (5.9%)

After being opposed to getting the vaccine, I decided within the past three months to get the vaccine. (2.1%)

I am still unsure about getting the vaccine. (5.7%)

I am still opposed to getting the vaccine. (18.7%)
