Percentage of a Household's Gross Monthly Income as Housing Costs

Of the 861 San Luis Obispo County residents who responded to a question in the 2025 Community Development Needs Assessment on the percentage of their household's gross monthly income spent on housing, more than half said they spent more than 30% of their income on housing costs.
