The 60 graft suspects detained by the KPK were charged for allegedly violating four articles of the 2001 Corruption Law: Article 2 (self-enrichment that causes state losses), Article 5 (accepting bribes), Article 12 (paying bribes) and Article 12 B (accepting gratuities)
