Cattle and calves includes dairy cattle. Slaughterings excludes skins and hide values. Live export includes animals for feeder/slaughter, breeding and dairy purposes. Livestock products includes wool (under sheep and lambs), milk (under cattle and calves), eggs (under poultry) and honey/beeswax (under other). The gross value of production is the value placed on recorded production at the wholesale prices realised in the marketplace.
