Most of the 15 participating community colleges didn't
require students to be full-time, so their 2-year
graduation rates were initially lower, but 3-year
graduation rates are higher.

Note: The 2-year graduation rate is a snapshot at the end of spring of the second academic year so summer graduates are not included. Summer graduates are included in the 3-year graduation rate.
