No Rebound in Population for Philadelphia in Second Year of Pandemic

Philadelphia was one of seven cities among the nation's 20 largest to lose residents from July 1, 2021 to July 1, 2022. However, it was the only city in the group where the population decline didn't lessen or turn into a gain in the second year of the pandemic, or where the population growth didn't increase.
