How many California coronavirus tests come back positive

A lower positive test rate for COVID-19 indicates more widespread testing and less potentially undetected cases. While the World Health Organization recommends a positive test rate below 10% before restrictions are lifted, some nations that have most successfully contained coronavirus have rates at 3% or lower. As of June 9, California's positive test rate was 5.36%.
