The graduation gap has widened between Latino students and their white peers in Portland

While Latino graduation rates have improved by 7 percentage points from 2015 to 2019, they've barely nudged from 2017 on. Meanwhile, white students have seen persistent gains of at least 1 percentage point in 2017, 2018 and 2019.
