This chart shows the percentage of females and males by bargaining unit in 2014 and 2024. In 2014, 46% of females worked in bargaining units R01, R07, and R18 while 26% of males worked in those bargaining units. 31% of females worked in bargaining units that earned less while 25% of males worked in bargaining units that earned less. 23% of females worked in bargaining units that earned more than bargaining units R01, R07, and R18 while 49% of males worked in bargaining units that earned more than those bargaining units. In 2024, 51% of females worked in bargaining units R01, R07, and R18 while 30% of males worked in those bargaining units. 23% of females worked in bargaining units that earned less while 26% of males worked in bargaining units that earned less. 26% of females worked in bargaining units that earned more than bargaining units R01, R07, and R18 while 45% of males worked in bargaining units that earned more than those bargaining units.
