2023 CSPA Waivers and Their Impact on U.S. Security Assistance

Waivers issued for governments on the 2023 CSPA list and the amount of FY2024 U.S. security assistance they are expected to receive, or be prohibited from receiving, as a result. Amounts are limited to funds requested under FMF, IMET, and PKO (the only CSPA-relevant funding authorities for which FY2024 data is available).
