Pennsylvania electric utility rates changing Dec. 1

All Pennsylvania regulated electric utilities are adjusting their price-to-compare (PTC) rates on Dec. 1, 2023, for residential customers who do not shop for a competitive rate. The PTC averages 40% to 60% of a customer’s total utility bill.
