Countries Using Vaccine Certificates for Travel Are Administering More Doses per 100,000 Population

On average, countries using vaccine passports are administering 1.26 times the number of doses per 100,000 of population than those considering, and nearly 5 times the number of doses per 100,000 of population than those not using or considering passports.
