Streams vs Views: “Lose Control” to No. 1

This chart compares Average Weekly Spotify Streams (original track) with Average Weekly YouTube views for the official original music video released alongside the single on June 23, 2023. The chart shows how streaming and video attention moved over time.

Spotify figures reflect the main original track only. YouTube figures reflect the official original video only (excluding uploads, lyric videos, shorts, or re-uploads). Both series are calculated from daily counts and averaged by week (each point labeled by the first day of the week) to reduce day-to-day volatility. Dates with missing values were excluded from both series prior to weekly averaging. For Spotify only, daily streams above 6M were also excluded, as these extreme spikes appeared to be reporting artifacts.
