The aggregate dollar amount of sold Manhattan apartments by quarter

With $6.58 billion in apartment sales reported in Q2 2026, Manhattan volume was down modestly from a year earlier. Total sales volume fell about 4% from Q2 2025, when aggregate volume reached $6.88 billion. Almost $5.5 billion in sales have been recorded for Q3 2026 so far.
