The aggregate dollar amount of sold Manhattan apartments by quarter

Q1 2026 posted the highest first quarter dollar volume since Q1 2022 with $5.95 billion in Manhattan apartment sales recorded. While a few weeks of sales data has yet to be reported for Q2 2026, so far total dollar volume is down a significant 16% versus Q2 2025.
