The aggregate dollar amount of sold Manhattan apartments by quarter

With $4.7 billion in apartment sales recorded so far, Q1 2026 is expected to come near the $5.8 billion logged in Q1 2025, but ahead of totals reported in Q4 2023 and 2024. Several weeks of closings are yet to be reported by the New York City Department of Finance.
