• Households are ranked by total household wealth.
• Property values were estimated using the market value of similar properties in Q2 2023. Outstanding mortgage loans on dwellings were based on a combination of (i) administrative data for loans administered by HDB, and (ii) outstanding bank loans reported by respondents.
• Net CPF balances refer to CPF balances net of withdrawals as at end-June 2023. They include annuity premiums in the CPF LIFE scheme and exclude monies invested via the CPF Investment Scheme or used to pay for housing.
• Figures may not tally due to rounding off.
