Fewer voters support proposal for Supreme Court composed of 5 Dems, 5 Reps and 5 apolitical judges

It has been proposed that the Supreme Court be expanded so that five justices are affiliated with the Republicans, five are affiliated with the Democrats, and five are apolitical and chosen by the other ten justices. Do you think this would be a good or bad idea? (%)
