Non-Fraudulent Overpayment Of State Unemployment Benefits

Non-fraudulent overpayment occurs when someone receives unemployment benefits they weren't eligible for, but did not intentionally lie or withhold information. It can stem from the reversal of an eligibility decision, a DWD error, an employer error, or a claimant error.
