A budget worksheet obtained by CT Mirror lists more than 120 recipients of 'Various Grants' through the DECD in fiscal years 2026 and 2027, with annual awards ranging from $2,500 for the Iwo Jima Memorial Historical Foundation in New Britain to three grants of $1 million.
