Percentage of pork production on small farms

FarmKind analysis of USDA data for 2022 shows that farms selling <500 pigs/yr contribute 0.4% of the nation's pork (by pig sales), and less than 10% of the state production in all states with significant production (>0.1% of total). Note: The map is of production, not consumer sales.
