Younger millennials refers to those born between 1990 and 1996, i.e., those aged 23 to 29 in 2019. Older Millennials are those born between 1981 to 1989 or aged 30 to 38 in 2019. The younger generation, born after 1996, is referred to as ‘generation Z’ or Gen Zers, while the older generation born between 1965 and 1980 is referred to as ‘generation X’ or Gen Xers.
