Pro-growth sentiments were most pronounced among people from the Silver Spring/Wheaton area, where more than one in four respondents feel the pace of growth in the county is too slow.

In five of the county's six regions, as well as the county overall, a plurality of respondents said the growth rate was “about right,” while residents of the Upcounty area predominantly expressed concern the county is growing too quickly.
