EU Talent Alpha
Talent Cost vs. Talent Density
Dataset: 10K companies participating in Pave's real-time compensation database. Talent density is calculated by the number of employees in a given metro and the cost of the metro is the geo-differential relative to US-all pulled from Pave's Global Location Insights product. Note that a pay differential is the ratio of the base salaries for employees performing the same job at the same seniority level in two different locations.
