The transparency surrounding details of climate-linked executive compensation is low, with less than half of TSX60 companies disclosing how they measure and reward climate action in executive compensation. 47% of the companies in the TSX60 have disclosed what the metrics are used for executive compensation, and 32% disclosed what the weights are for climate-linked compensation in 2022.
