This chart shows the percent of Native American and White individuals charged with a felony who plead guilty to a misdemeanor. This indicator helps determine whether plea outcomes are equally distributed across defendants.

Initial filing charge is determined by the most serious filed charge; resolution charge is determined by the most serious conviction charge. Cases grouped by disposition date. Last name used to better identify Hispanic individuals. Groups for which annual numbers are less than 20 are excluded.
